1. What ignited the spark in you to start a new business venture?
When the opportunity is coming ,grab it or you miss it.

2. How did you get the idea/concept for your business?
I had 2 years experience in China which specialize in ecommerce sector especially opening an online store in Taobao,Tmall,Amazon.cn and jd.com.In 2013 i found that Malaysia ecommerce is booming and i knew that it is a good opportunity for me to kick start my own career.

3. What’s the most difficult/challenging thing about running your own business?
It is all about how to stick to it and continue!

4. What are some of the biggest mistake you’ve done and what did you learn from that?
The most mistake i had done was focusing!If we had a clear focus and direction,we must move forward no matter how hard it is.

5. What are the most crucial things you have done to grow your business?
Do my best part and step by step.I always told my staff, serve the buyer like what you expect to get from seller.

6. How has EasyParcel assisted you in your business?

7. Where do you see yourself and your business in the next 10 years?
I have no idea about next 10 years but for sure within next 3 years ecommerce sector will be one of the most popular industry across SEA.

8. How has being an entrepreneur affected your family life?
Life is hard but we work with fun and meaningful.

9. In your opinion, what are the top three skills needed to be a successful entrepreneur?
Stay calm,persist and work hard

10. What would you recommend to the others who are starting their own businesses?
Everything is difficult at the beginning，but you will see the results of every efforts you had spend.
