Air waybill (AWB) is important for every parcel because it contains important shipment details including destination, shipper, and type of delivery service which is a protection for your parcel if it is lost during delivery process. Step 1: Print and cut the AWB
Do take note that different courier companies under EasyParcel provides different number of AWB copies:
Skynet – 3 copies (printed out in 2 A4 papers)

Poslaju – 4 copies (printed out in 2 A4 papers)

Step 2: Write down the receiver address on the parcel.
It is important for you to write down your receiver address on the parcel before you attaching AWB number on your parcel. This is to ensure that the courier man can still refer to the written AWB number on your parcel even if printed AWB number is lost during delivery.
Step 3: KEEP your SENDER’s AWB copy for your own reference.
Keep the sender’s AWB copy so that you are able to track your parcel on your selected courier company website. We advice you to get the courier man to sign on your sender’s AWB copy to serve as an evidence of acceptance of parcel in good condition by stating the collection time and date.
Step 4: Attach the remaining AWB copies on your parcel.
Attach the remaining AWB copies on your parcel using the adhesive pouch to protect your AWB. If you do not have the adhesive pouch, you may staple the air waybills together and make sure the Receiver’s Copy is at the bottom. Stick the air waybills to the parcel. Make sure courier guys are able to tear off the stapled copies above the Receiver’s Copy.
