EasyParcel has been featured in Focus Malaysia as one of the participants of The Coach & Grow Programme (CGP)! CGP is a hands-on, market-driven series spearheaded by Cradle Fund and implemented by Proficeo Consultants.
During the interview,it was emphasized several times that such programmes may not be for everyone; they must be “coach-able”, which is why the CGP focus is growth-stage companies that have ironed out their ideas and are founded by entrepreneurs who have the courage to take risks in their business.
Besides, it was mentioned that money is no longer the most difficult hurdle for today’s businesses and this is another reason for coaching programmes to focus on catching the entrepreneurs before they hit the ground.
