Step 1: Log in to your account, click on “All Shipments” and “Successfully Delivered” tab to report for any shipments that arrived late.
How to report for missed pick up parcel?
Step 1: Log in to your account, click on “All Shipments” and “Pending for Collection” tab to report for any shipment that hasn’t been collection after 8pm.
Step 4: The missed pick up has been reported and we will rearrange for another pick up on the next working day.
