How to report for late parcel?

Step 1: Log in to your account, click on “All Shipments” and “Successfully Delivered” tab to report for any shipments that arrived late.

Step 2: Click on the red icon to report for late delivery.

Step 3: Select OK to confirm and proceed.

Step 4: You have successfully reported to us. We will chase it up with the courier company.

Step 5: This shows that this parcel has been reported successfully.

How to report for missed pick up parcel?

Step 1: Log in to your account, click on “All Shipments” and “Pending for Collection” tab to report for any shipment that hasn’t been collection after 8pm.

Step 2: Click on the yellow icon to report for missed pick up.

Step 3: Select OK to confirm and proceed.

Step 4: The missed pick up has been reported and we will rearrange for another pick up on the next working day.

Step 5: This shows that this parcel has been reported successfully.
