Hosted by EasyParcel in collaboration with Pgeon Delivery, this service allows the return process to be completed online by the customer, from booking to drop off at their selected Pgeon point upon they receiving the parcel. With this new feature, your customers can book their returning parcel with clicks and go’s steps on your website if they are dissatisfied with the item in the box.

STEP 1: Go to your dashboard and click on the “QuickReturn” on your sidebar.
STEP 2: Upload your company logo and fill in the company name, additional remark and return reason.
STEP 3: Set your billing option whether the shipping fee is paid by seller or buyer.
STEP 4: Choose your preferred collection point for returned shipment.
STEP 5: Copy and paste the code to your website and you’re done!

STEP 5: Share the URL with your receiver when they want to book for returned shipment.
