This time we will be having a new courier as part of our big family. Guess who? Let’s welcome our new courier partner Aramex! *clap hand* From now on, Aramex will be providing domestic delivery service to all of us.

Let’s have a look on how it works:

Pick Up & Delivery: Only available within KL & Selangor.
Pick up Time & Day: For orders made before 12pm, parcel will be collected on the same day from 9am to 5.30pm.
Maximum weight: 30kg
Maximum dimension: 100cm x 50cm x 50cm
Delivery time frame: 1-3 working days delivery within Aramex coverage areas. For rural area, 1-4 standard delivery days may apply. Delivery to KL and Selangor will be by Aramex. Areas other than KL and Selangor will be delivered by third party courier company.
Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. VM also applies if either one dimension is above 30cm. VW formula = (height x width x length)cm / 5000
All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of all surcharges. All shipments come with basic insurance of RM200. Additional RM50 EasyParcel InsurePlus coverage for lost shipments.

How To Book Parcel With Aramex?

Step 1: Fill in your collection and delivery postcode with the weight of the parcel. Click “Quote & Book”.

Step 2: Choose your preferred courier and click “Book”.

Step 3: Fill in the sender details. You may choose for courier to pick up your parcel at your doorstep or drop off at nearest courier branch / Pgeon point. (optional)

Step 4: Fill in the receiver details. You can choose either direct deliver the parcel to your recipient’s doorstep or Pgeon point as a collection point. (optional)
