Let’s welcome our brand new courier partners, AladdinCool who will be providing frozen and chill delivery. Yes, it’s our first ever frozen and chill delivery.

Now you will be able to send perishable items such as food and many more at ease. Here’s the brief info of the services:

• Chill & Frozen Delivery Services: Within Klang Valley (Door-to-Door)
• Chill: 3°C to 6°C truck temperature
• Frozen: -18°C truck temperature
• Pick Up Time: Monday to Friday (2pm to 6pm)
• Delivery Notification: SMS or Call to receiver before delivery
• Maximum Weight: 25kg
• Maximum Dimension: Length + Width + Height = 160cm
• All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of all surcharges.
• No basic insurance coverage for damaged and lost item.

STEP 1: After quoting for your parcel, click “Scheduled PickUp” and AladdinCool service will appear.

STEP 2: Choose your collection date and click “Book Now”.
