Book and deliver your parcels within a day is no longer a dream since we had introduced on demand services for everyone in EasyParcel last year.

Now we are proud to introduce our new on-demand service courier partners – Addresses!

Here’s some general information about Addresses:

Available within Klang Valley and Selangor (Except For Klang and Shah Alam Area).
Cut-off time for pick-up: 12pm
Pick up time: 2pm – 5pm
Delivery time frame to housing areas: Same day 5pm-11pm
Delivery time frame to offices: Next day 2pm-5pm
Delivery notification via call to sender before pickup.
Delivery notification via sms to receiver on duration of arrival time.
Maximum weight: 5kg
Maximun Volumetric Weight: Length(cm) x Height(cm) x Width(cm) = 5kg
All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of all surcharges.
Basic insurance coverage for damaged and lost item is up to RM300.
Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.

Step 1:

• Log on to http://easyparcel.my/.
• Quote in the delivery details such as collection and delivery postcode with the parcel weight in the columns provided.
• Click “Quote & Book”.

Step 2:

• After you have quoted order, click “On Demand”.
• From there you should be able to see “Addresses” from the list.
• Choose your collection date and click on “Book Now”, follow the further instruction and you are DONE!
