Firstly, the sender will drop off the outgoing parcel at a Pgeon Point to be collected by our very own courier service.

Then, your parcel is then sent to your recipient’s preferred Pgeon Point.

Your recipient is then notified by SMS that their parcel is ready to be picked up!
