EasyParcel is bringing you an “Enhanced Report System” that will enable you to get direct support from our courier partner. Thus, this will bring you more convenience in handling unwanted issues. Here’s how you can do it:

 

HOW USE THE PARCEL REPORT SYSTEM?

STEP 1: Click on “All Shipments”.

STEP 2: Click on “Domestic”.

STEP 3: Select the parcel you would like to report by clicking on the arrow icon.

STEP 4: Click on “Report This Parcel”.

STEP 5: Choose the issue you would like to report for the particular parcel.

STEP 6: Click “OK” to proceed.

STEP 7: Fill in the details.

STEP 8: Click “OK”.

STEP 9: To access the report, click on “My Account”.

STEP 10: Choose “Parcel Report”.

STEP 11: Click the “More Details” icon.

STEP 12: From here, you will be able to message and contact our courier partner directly regarding your parcel.
