• 2-4 working days to Brunei,Cambodia, China,Macau,Hong Kong,Vietnam
• 2-3 working days to Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand
• 2-5 working days to Taiwan
• 3-5 working days to UK
• 3-6 working days to US

• Book before 11.50am for next day pick up.
• Pick up time is from 1pm – 6pm.
• Parcel pick up will be performed by Pos Laju and delivered by EMS.
• Maximum weight: 20kg
• Maximum dimension : Length 1.5m, L+W+H = 3m
• Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.
• VW formula =(height x width x length)cm / 6000
• All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of shipping fee except address correction fee by courier, customs duty and taxes, temporary import export charges, import taxes or duties and shipment return charges.
• Maximum coverage: RM100 (document), RM300 (parcel).

STEP 1: Click on “Single Parcel” on your dashboard.

STEP 2: Fill in the collection details and delivery details with the weight of the parcel.

STEP 3: Select EMS Malaysia and click on “Book” to continue.

STEP 4: Fill in the sender details.

STEP 5: Fill in the receiver’s details.

STEP 6: Key in parcel your content and its value.

STEP 7: Choose the pick up date at your convenience and then proceed with a click on “Add To Cart”.

STEP 7: Confirm your order and proceed to payment by clicking “Check Out”.
