1. Mobile Friendly View
Ever wished to make your bookings swiftly even when you don’t have your computer with you? You can do so now with EasyParcel mobile friendly view!
2. New Contact Us Page
Require any assistance or have any enquiries? You can have them answered for you and get assistance with our new improved contact us page.
3. WeChat Launch

4. New Features For Shipment Management
Change collection date and delivery address easily from the new “All Shipment” tab.
New Enhancements in User Interface
1. The Quick Quote bar is now available everywhere. You can easily check for delivery rate in any page.
2. New “All Shipment” page.
You’ll notice new icons on the right of the table. You can request to reschedule new collection date, request to change delivery address, cancel order as well as to report late or missed pick up parcel.
All these can be done instantly without contacting our support personnel manually. Request for changes will be approved within (2) working hours and customers will be notified through email.
Recipient name and details is available for instant viewing.
