STEP 1: Download & List Your Preloved Items

If you don’t have the Carousell app, download it for FREE from the Google Play Store or App Store and list down the preloved or new items such as stationery, household items, clothes, food and others with hashtag #PrelovedwithLove.

STEP 2: Get Chosen As One Of The Gift Givers 

Once the happy children found your gift is what they desired, the person in charge of Ti-Ratana Welfare Society Malaysia will reach you by providing a complete guide to book for delivery service online via EasyParcel and Pgeon Delivery.

STEP 3: Book Online With Us

Confirm your pick-up address or select the nearest Pgeon point for drop off within Klang Valley. Make sure your parcel is less than 5kg and in A4 size for drop off; or up to 30kg with maximum dimension L + W + H not exceeding 150cm for door to door collection.

STEP 4: Pack Your Items And Attach The Air Waybill

Once booking is done, print out the air waybills in a4 papers and make sure you pack your items in a box for better protection. After that, attach the air waybill onto the parcel. Tutorial: How To Attach Your Air Waybill

STEP 5: We’ll Pick It Up

Once booking done, the Pgeon Hero will pick up the gifts from your selected location, either from your doorstep or Pgeon point to Ti-Ratana Welfare Society Malaysia.

  • The first 1000 participants will only be able to claim for one (1x) free shipment via Pgeon Delivery to Ti-Ratana Welfare Society (subject to postcode availability within Klang Valley area). This free shipping is sponsored by Pgeon Delivery and EasyParcel from 1st till 25th December 2018 ONLY.
  • Participants can choose to book any courier services on EasyParcel with basic charges applied.
