A good news to all Penangites, same day pick up and delivery is available in Penang Island now! Effective July 2, same day delivery will be available in Penang island for beta test period. There will be a new Same Day Delivery tab at quote and book page.
What You’ll Love About Same Day Delivery
1. It takes only 3 hours to have your parcel delivered upon ordering online at www.easyparcel.my.
2. Delivery rate is based on per shipment charges. Your 7kg parcel will have the same rate as your 1kg parcel at only RM5* nett per shipment! *special rate for Beta test period
3. Riders from DeliverLAH will contact the sender before collection and receiver before delivery.
4. There will be a maximum coverage of RM100 for every shipment.
5. All areas in Penang island will enjoy the same rate
6. Delivery is not available at Batu Ferringhi (11100), Paya Terubong (11060), Balik Pulau (11000, 11010, 11020, 11050) and Gertak Sanggul (11910,11920).
Here’s What You Need To Know
Kindly note the following when you send using DeliveryLAH:
1. Collection and delivery is only limited in Penang Island.
2. DeliveryLAH only supports a limited of orders per day to ensure better efficiency during this beta period.
3. The last order has to be made before 5pm.
4. Collection starts at 11am until 8pm (Monday – Friday except public holidays)
5. The maximum weight is 10kg , maximum volumetric measurement is 40cm x 22cm x 25cm (as pictured below)
