EasyParcel’s new player – Airpak drives EasyParcel to another success level in just two weeks’ time!

Airpak has joined EasyParcel early in the August and have received many positive feedback from our customers! Many of them who have used Airpak commented that one the reasons they like Airpak is their quality and reliable customer service.

One of our EasyParcel customers, Fabian Aw , 29 years old, an online shoes seller said he always ship customers’ order with Airpak and most of the shipments arrived on time in good conditions.

” Undeniable the shipping rate might not be as low as other courier providers could offer but I am willing to pay higher for its great services,” he said.

” It is important to get the right courier company to ship my goods because it affects my service quality when dealing with my customers,” Aw said.

He said he may be earning less for every item sold because he spends a little bit more on shipping fees, but good parcel delivery service actually helps in his business growth.

Aw started his business in 2010 and have been using many courier companies to ship his goods.

He said he used to ship his goods using a well-known local courier company due to its cheap shipping rates but the service is really bad.

”I had received numerous complains from my regular customers claiming that they received their goods with box opened leaving in front of their gates,”

”Few customers received their parcel after 3-5 days from the delivery date in which they should be delivered on the next working day,” Aw said.

”I had complained many times to the courier company but the service never improved and getting even worst,” he said.

Before Aw heard about EasyParcel, he usually send his parcels to Airpak office which is 10 minutes away from his house. He gets to know EasyParcel 2 months ago through a friend. He gets even more excited when EasyParcel introduced AirPak on its portal.

” So far I have shipped more than 50 parcels using Airpak through EasyParcel which gets me even a better rate as it includes pick up and re-deliver service at no additional charge.” Aw said.

He said Airpak service never fail to him on its services until today.

”The crews are very attentive and able to solve issue effectively in the shortest time where I think Airpak is a very reliable courier company,” Aw said.

On the other hand, EasyParcel founder, Clarence Leong said, the participation of Airpak has boosted EasyParcel order within a week.

”I am glad to see such result within a week of the participation of Airpak in our portal an sooner there will be more courier companies joining our platform to provide our customers an even better rates,” he said.

Leong said EasyParcel is an under one roof portal, where customers can have a list of competitive shipping rates up to 5 courier companies that allows customers to enjoy better delivery experience.

”EasyParcel replaces traditional fussy delivery process, either single or bulk order, we (EasyParcel) always ensure that customers get the same discounted rate,”

Currently they are four courier companies under EasyParcel including Poslaju, Airpak, Skynet and Nationwide.

”For the moment right now, EasyParcel provides domestic shipping but sooner there will be more courier companies joining us (EasyParcel) to extend our platform with international shipping options which include DHL, UPS, FedEx and more,” Leong said.
