The Growth of Minds: A meeting between entrepreneurs

Hey guys! Recently, our CEO just attended a meeting of the minds, specifically that of traders from BizMalaysia.net, over in Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM)’s Engineering Campus at Nibong Tebal, Seberang Perai, Penang from the 6th to the 8th of 2015.

If you don’t know who the guys from BizClub Malaysia are, they’re essentially a cooperative that started in Penang, with a history as early as 2003, with activities in rousing up teamwork with the efforts of trade bodies, associations and worker cooperatives. Currently, they are responsible for assisting thousands of individual owners in more than 20 workshops across the Northern Economic Corridor (Penang, Kedah, Perlis and Perak) in ecommerce web design training. They also provide essential entrepreneurship training, with certain programs that are affiliated with some educational institutions, like USM, GiatMara and community colleges.

Coming back to the event, our CEO, Clarence, attended the meeting called the “Mulakan Bisnes Anda” boot camp. The theme of the event was “Learning to create a business that is innovative and stable to generate profits ranging from RM300 thousand – RM 3 million” and Clarence was there to provide input and discuss amongst the other entrepreneurs to get a better idea of the current environment for businesses in the Northern Economic Corridor.
