“I always send my parcel manually until I met easyParcel”

I have been sending parcel manually for the past half decade but why did I end up with easyParcel? Before I state out the long reasons why and benefits of easyParcel, I would like to share the experiences I had about product delivery during my e-commerce journey.

I started my very first e-commerce business in 2009 partnered with my elder sister and we started of the business selling woman accessories and home decoration products. During that time, the only option we could possibly had to get our products to customers was via post office (as it is more economical). When there were more orders, we had to carry around 20 boxes of parcels (some were heavy as we sell wooden frames as well) to the post office, queue up and fill in all addresses before passing it to the counter.

It was really tiring and product delivery was the most hectic process that we have to go through as delivery happens almost everyday.

Then, we started to use courier service and things gets better as we can cut off the time used on queuing and travelling to post office everyday.

On early July this year, I came across easyParcel website and was amazed as parcel delivery order has been improved to online platform. This enables small e-commerce sellers like us to save time and money on every delivery process.

Everything can be done online and it saves so much of our time to get more orders and handle customer’s inquiries.

What are elements that I find beneficial from easyParcel?

I can place my delivery order via mobile phone or my laptop whenever I am.

Sometimes seller like us have to work overtime and I find it convenient as I can make order during midnight.

3. Quick Quote

I can instantly check  delivery rates for the items that I am sending.

4. All couriers in ONE

As per conversation with easyParcel customer service team, there will be more courier providers coming in. easyParcel users can check rates and pick courier providers that they prefer to deliver their parcel.

5. Provide alternative

There’s a saying, ‘why let go of the whole jungle because of a tree?’ I guess the same theory can apply here. easyParcel let you pick the best courier provider that suits you most to deliver your parcel. They provide choices.

6. Credit system – online top-up

easyParcel payment uses prepaid system and is similar to mobile prepaid that we are using. I find it easy as I always know the balance left in my account and online top-up makes it so easy.

The sum things up, the greatest benefit that I get is convenience and cost-saving. There’s no way I could switch to conventional delivery method as easyParcel has made things so easy for e-commerce sellers like us. Kudos to the team!
