All you have to do is to visit www.easyparcel.my, select your delivery location and key in your parcel weight then click “Quote and Book” button. You can see the charges from the courier companies. Easy, isn’t it?

 Parcel Pick Up – Door to Door Collection

We will collect the parcels from you! All our services INCLUDE pick up, so there’s no need to leave your premises. Pick up charges has been included in delivery rate. Therefore, there is NO extra or hidden charges on pick up fee. Some courier companies do have additional charges if pick up services is needed. Currently, we provide Next-Day Delivery service. Besides that, we provide ‘anywhere pick up’ service whereby you’re free to select any collection area for every orders made. You may order for collection at your office today and collection at your home for the next parcel.

   Reverse Pick Up

This strong point is very beneficial to all online sellers. How does reverse pick up works? Let’s say you have successfully delivered an item to your customers and Mr customer would like to return the product back to you. The conventional delivery method requires merchant to pay an extra charges for reverse pick up. But with EasyParcel, you can simply book for delivery to select pick up location at your customer’s address. And the rest is as usual with no extra charges and you will have a happy customer.

 

Auto-Generated Consignment Note/Airway Bill

Tired of writing delivery addresses on every piece of consignment note? You never have to write a single thing with EasyParcel. All consignment is generated automatically. Make your orders online and you can get your consignment note in PDF file. Print in out and attach to your parcel. That’s all!
