HOW TO JOIN UNWRAP THE JOY 2017?

STEP 1:

  • Login into your EasyParcel account or register here if you do not have an account with us yet
  • Visit Unwrap The Joy 2017 Campaign page HERE to register yourself for the game
  • Start gaining points through daily deliveries: Domestic Delivery (+5 points), International Delivery (+10 points), Pgeon Delivery (+30 points), Pgeon Collect (+3 points)

STEP 2:

  • It’s time to claim rewards with accumulated points, first come first serve!
  • Each gift will have it’s own amount of accumulated points required in order to be unlocked
  • Point count for this campaign is based on successful orders made therefore canceled order will not be counted as part of your accumulated point

STEP 3:

  • Once you have successfully redeemed the gift, you will need to select a collection point for them to be delivered to
  • For participants located in selected states, you will be required to collect rewards from Pgeon points
  • As for other states, participants can either choose to collect from Pgeon Points or have the rewards sent to selected address

  • A gentle reminder that part of our physical gifts (with self-collection icon) will require participants to self claim at EasyParcel headquarter for verification purpose.
  • Redeemed gift will be void if the required amount of points is not met due to order cancellation

Terms and Condition

  1. Participants must enrol/register themselves in order to join the game.
  2. Points accumulated in the campaign is based on successful orders made. Cancelled order will not be counted.
  3. EasyParcel have the right to forfeit any prize claimed if points accumulated is insufficient due to cancelled order.
  4. Each user can only participate with one account. For multiple accounts user, only the account with the highest points will be counted as part of the game.
  5. Points accumulated can only be used in this Christmas 2017 campaign.
  6. Rewards must be claimed within 1st December 2017 till 31st December 2017.
  7. Participants will only be able to claim each reward once, prior to reward availability.
  8. No reward exchange is allowed.
  9. Claimed rewards are not refundable or reverted back to points.
  10. All pictures shown are for illustration purpose only. Actual rewards may vary in colors, designs, and sizes from the pictures above.
  11. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or EasyParcel credit.
  12. Digital reward (coupons) will be given immediately upon claiming. Details as below:
    1. For Exabytes coupon, participants are only able to redeem it before 31st January 2018.
    2. For EasyParcel coupon, participants are only able to redeem it from 1st February 2018 till 30th April 2018.
  13. Physical reward claimed will be dispatched on the month of February 2018.
  14. Some physical products (with self-collection icon) will require participants to self claim from EasyParcel headquarter for verification purpose.
  15. For self claim rewards from office, participants will be notified via email once the reward is ready. Any unclaimed rewards will be forfeited after 3 months starting from the date the email was sent out. For rewards sent to Pgeon points, participants are required to claim it within 4 working days where participants will be notified via sms when parcel arrived at Pgeon points.
  16. Coupons claimed must be redeemed and used within the validity date. No exchange will be allowed for expired coupons. Check out here on how to use the coupons claimed.
  17. For participants located in selected states, you will be required to collect rewards from Pgeon points. As for other states, participants can either choose to collect from Pgeon Points or have the rewards sent to home/selected address.
  18. EasyParcel will not be responsible for any damage or lost during parcel delivery of rewards.
  19. EasyParcel have the right to remove anyone from the game who does not comply to Rules of the Game or the Terms and Conditions of the Game.
  20. EasyParcel’s decision is final.
  21. EasyParcel holds the right to alter the Rules and Regulations of the game or Terms and Conditions without notice.
