Further information about FedEx service:

  • Pick up available within West Malaysia except Perlis and Pahang.
  • Drop off is available at FedEx World Service Centre as well.
  • Book before 3.30pm for same day pick up
  • Pick up time is from 8am – 5.30pm.
  • Maximum weight: 30kg
  • Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. VW formula =(height x width x length)cm / 5000
  • All rates quoted are nett rate inclusive of shipping fee except address correction fee by courier, customs duty and taxes, temporary import export charges, import taxes or duties and shipment return charges.
  • A surcharge is applied per shipment when the pick up or delivery destination location is remote: RM92 per shipment or RM2 per kg, whichever is higher.
  • Maximum coverage: USD20 per kilogram or USD 100 per shipment.
  • Claim of damaged or shortage should be provided by consignee 3 days upon successful delivery.
