Top Up Offline, Use MolPay Cash

Easy peasy right? For those who always opt for offline top up, we believe MOLPay Cash could be a really good alternative for you to top up anytime anywhere conveniently.

All you have to do is select “Pay In Shops” option during top up, select your preferred shop for offline payment and a Transaction ID and Verification Code will be generated for you to pay cash at the nearest 7-Eleven stores or Petronas station. The payment status will then be updated and reflect on your EasyParcel account instantly once payment’s done.

Currently MolPay Cash at 7-Eleven is only available for top up payment. If you’ve no idea on how to get started, check out our step-by-step tutorial below:

STEP 1: Login to your account and click “Top Up”.

STEP 2: Select any top up package you prefer and click “Get It Now”.

STEP 3: Select “7-Eleven” as your preferred shop for offline payment.

STEP 4: You’ll be given a Transaction ID and Verification Code along with barcodes. You may print it out and show it to 7-11 staff.

STEP 5:  Or…you may also show the barcodes to 7-11 staff in your email for scanning.

STEP 7: Head over to any 7-Eleven store, tell the cashier you want to pay via MOLPay Cash. Present the transaction ID & Verification Code for cash payment.

STEP 8: You’ll be given a MOLPay receipt and 7-Eleven receipt (2 receipts) once payment’s done. View the sample receipt HERE
